I have heard that when u are in that time of month u burn more calories...is that true? Also, I have felt so lazy and I crave everything I see! Luckly I pushed my butt to the gym but I just felt to fatigued and irritated. Anyone else feel the same way? Any tips on how to not feel bloated.

    Yes apparently you do but we're talking very few calories according to most articles I've read...probably an extra 200-300 (at best for most) a WEEK...partly down to increased temperature and cellular activity. So not an excuse to eat more i'm afraid
