KICKING ROCKS for energy of course

I was thinking, and i realize if besides sticking to my goals i'd work out and i would probably kick these rocks off faster however I'm a very inactive person I dont like working out or going out to the park, i realize that when i work out i get my energy back but do you have any tIps for working out for those of us who really really dont like it..

    God for a walk and see if you can kick the same rock the whole way - haha. When I saw your title, I thought of my son kicking rocks on our walks. :laugh:

    There are lots of forms of exercise. Dancing, gardening, think outside of the normal gym style exercise and find something that interests you.

    Thanks, I really have been trying but its hard i look at the things that gotta be done and go UGH!! later then i say its too late tomorrow .. i gotta kick procrastinating and replace it with motivation

    LOUD MUSIC , it'll make u dance even if u don't want to.. I find it the best way to make me move and burn cals..
