So I have been doing this long enough I thought I better update my goals.
My weight has been updated but I wanted to change to lightly active from sedentary, after noticing my potato...uh husband sitting all day and me never stopping.
I got an additional whopping................10 calories!!
I LOL! Now it also says I will lose 1 lb week instead of .08.
I gotta tell ya folks, this thing is spot on.
looking back I have lost just about .08 pounds a week since starting. I have pretty much followed the plan to a T.
1 more pound and it is 20!
no more 169:sick:
no more 159 :noway:
I am 1FORTY9. i absolutly cannot believe it.

So if you are saying to yourself: I'm injured, I am in pain, my feet hurt, I am too old, I have been fat too long, I dont know how, I CAN'T........................I am here to tell ya WE CAN!!!!
I had ALL those excuses and IF I CAN DO IT ANYBODY CAN!!
Good luck MFP pals! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

Wow! A whole 10 calories!
You are doing fabulous! Congrats on the "almost" 20 lbs!0 -
I updated mine from slightly active to moderately active after about a month of being super hungry all the time. I'm a teacher and have been working for about 12 hours a day - with most of it standing, walking, and squatting. I got an extra 230 calories for the added daily activity.
and I've been eating every last one of them!! still hungry, but I've lost 2 pounds/week for both of the weeks that I upped my calories.

Not that I let any of that stop me, mind you but I still resemble that remark
