Ten Minute Fitness

I'm thinking of trying this place. It's about a 15 minute walk from my office, so I could get in a little more walk time as well. Anyone else tried it? Experience? Snake oil medicine? :)

    It is good, although you should be getting 30-60 mins of exercise a day. AND, you WILL become bored with this program very quick and sometimes its better to just get a gym membership and take advantage of the other programs and weights, etc that a true gym has to offer. For only 10 mins of exercise you would be better off going for a run or something like that. I lift weights and do circuit training and maybe burn 100 calories in 10 mins of exercise doing cicuit training. So, if you dont want to do a lot of work to lose weight then the 10 min exercise is your program. If you want to get serious about your weight loss, than go join a real gym...

    I plan to do it in addition to the hour of fast walking and half hour of Wii Fit rhythm boxing I do each day. I'm not a gym person, but I do get plenty of 'real' exercise each day.

    Also, I've lost 65 lbs, so I'm pretty serious about my weight loss :)
