Never been able to find it for them, or Frankie and Bennys. Log individual food items in your diary and see what it comes out as. For example; a pasta dish - log the pasta, the sauce, the oils, the veg, the meat all included. I would say that any dining out meals will have more calories than if you cooked it at home, due to the butter and oils they use but just enjoy it :)

I'd have a pasta dish because, salads LOADS of sodium when dining out. For example; Pizza Express salads have about 800-900 calories whereas their Legera pizzas (vegetable and chicken) have 500! I know which I would rather have!!
Pasta is great, as long as you don't have a creamy sauce with it, so yep...tomato would be fab! And....tomatoes and pasta together gives a balanced GI level

    email response from ASK:

    Dear Ms Kettle

Thank you for taking the time to contact us, regarding your request for
    nutritional information for our menu.

Unfortunately, we do not currently possess any nutritional or calorific

looked into and hopefully we will have this information for our customers
    very soon.

I am sorry that we are unable to assist you further at this time but should
you have any other queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind Regards
