Side-effect of losing weight?

My elbows hurt! :laugh:

I've always had the habit of resting my chin in my hands when I spent a considerable ammount of time at a desk/table...well the past could weeks or so I have noticed my elbows getting very sore from this when they never did before.

I guess I'm losing the fat from my elbows? :huh: :bigsmile:

    Hey, me too! Maybe the zits are from the stress of not having anything to wear?! :laugh: Probably the reason you're cold too! :wink:

    Are you using sugar substitutes? That could be a reason for breaking out. That happens to me when i drink sugar free drinks and what not. Just an idea.

    But I get cold a lot too, and I live in the desert, I can be cold when its 90+ degrees, weird!

    I can no longer rest my elbows on the tops of my thighs when I'm sitting in a chair, those bones hurt when they dig into my legs. What a great feeling!!! LOL

    That is funny, I get cold too. I was just telling my co-workers today that I feel cold all the time now that it must be from my fat lose. I live in FL and would rather be outside than in the air conditioning. People laugh because I walk around with a sweater on inside.

    Has anyone noticed how the bones on your knees hurt when your sleep in the fetal position? that was my aha!
    Also when you cross your legs, your top leg actually rests along the leg on the floor instead or being in the air. tee hee!

    I still am always hot I just dont do heat well, elbows never thought of that. My side effect which is not a bad thing anymore I get full QUICKLY. I used to be able to throw it down but now I practically eat like a bird
