When that happened to me I switched up my exercise routine. I started running instead of walking and I started the 30 day shred and it got the scale moving again! Good luck!

I've been at a plateau for 6 weeks. 3 days ago I increased my calories by 200 a day to try and help bust it. Good Luck!

You might want to share your diary with your friends in the settings tab. I hit a plateu, but then started zig zagging calories. Do a search on that. I lost 1.5lbs this week and I ate 1200 calories for 2 days in a row, then ate 1600, then back down to 1200, then to 1600 again. It confuses your body so it doesn't sit in starvation and slow down metabolism.

Also, do the same with exercise. Do the interval training programs on the treadmill so you use many different muscles/inclines, etc. Workout DVD's are good to throw in there too.

The human body really sucks...lol....you need to keep it guessing to keep your metalism up. He likes to get used to things and settle in.

Thanks guys for all you help and support. Yous have opened up my eyes to how complicated the human body is. The article was also extremely helpful too.
