Excercise Log Help!!

How do I know which jogging to select for my excercise log? for eg Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile) ...I have no clue what this means? I have been jobgging in my neighbourhood at a moderate pace for 30-40mins. Any tips will be appreciated...Thanks guys!!

How far are you running? If you don't know, just drive your car around your normal path and check. Then, you will know how much time it takes for you to run one mile. For example "12 min mile", means you ran one mile in 12 minutes... which would be equivalent to 5 miles per hour (5mph).0

The other thing you can do besides measuring the route with your car or bike or something like that is go to
http://www.mappedometer.com/
Map your route online and then see how long it takes you. Or map out a 1 or 2 or 3 mile mile route and see how many minutes it takes you, then you can calculate your pace.0 -
