how do you cope with Muscle pain ? I get so sour and endup eating Mortrin. I tried warm baths and massage but these are just not working for me.

Add some Epson salts to your baths. Also, progress your program slowly so you don't cause as much muscle damage which is why it hurts. Increase by no more then 10% each week. That can be 10% of speed, 10% of weight, 10% of reps, etc. but not 10% of all three in the same week. And after every workout--Stretch! Stretch every body part you've worked. I recommend a minimum of a 10 minute stretching routine, but you base that on what you worked. You want to stretch every muscle for 15-30 seconds each stretch, and do 2-3 stretches per muscle.0
