Migraines, Lyrica, and weight loss

I have debilitating migraines, I end up in the ER everytime. I've been seeing a neurologist and after an EEG, Spinal Tap, and 3 CT Scans I have been diagnosed wtih migraines due to reduced blood flow to my brain due to constriction of the blood vessels in my neck. So my question is....is anyone else out there on Lyrica. My neuro doc put me on Lyrica and 2 blood pressure meds to dialate the blood vessels and help control my near daily headaches along with 2 different muscle relaxers which after a week on this regimine I have actually been headache free for 3 days now! Pure bliss but I'm concerned because I hear that Lyrica has a major side effect of weight gain. I'm just curious if anyone else has any experience with this issue. Thanks.
