Doing 30DS every second day???

Hi,

I am a busy mom of 4 very young children and I really feel like I don't have the time to do the video every day so for the past week I am doing it every second day. Do you think this is ok and will still do the job it is supposed to do?
I know alot of people will say I will only lose half the weight seen as I am only doing it half of what I am supposed to but do you think I will even lose half the weight the video says you will lose???

    I've done the shred a few different times. One of the times I did it, I only did every other day as well. I still exercised on the other days, just not as hard. For example I would go for a walk or do yoga. Hope this helps!

    I think you only lose as much weight as they say if you are either just starting an exercise program (as compared to doing nothing before) or if you are also following her eating plan. I didn't follow the eating plan, but I did the 30DS every day for 30 days. I definitely toned up and lost inches, but I only lost a couple pounds.
