I'm getting there

I think most of us need to realize that it took years for us to gain this weigh, so there's really not a quick overnight pill that will help us lose and maintain it. I'm taking it one day at a time and my first challenge was to get a goal and work towards it. My goal is my wedding on April 7, 2012. I want to lose 54lbs. I have lost a total amount of 3.6lbs this week. No, I am not starving myself or cutting out anything. Last night I even ate ice cream and I love my wine, I'm just watching my portions and exercising daily. I took a before picture of myself and was horrified, but it is what it is. I'm going to take two pictures monthly to track my progress. I'm getting there and with the success stories on here, have no doubt, I will be there soon.
