Greek Yogurt!! Lots of protein - keeps me satisfied for a long time! :)

DITTO -- plain greek yogurt. I had been eating flavored regular yogurt.

I am eating more veggies. I prefer them steamed w/ some pepper & garlic. Still hard to eat a salad chock full of raw veggies with a TBS or 2 of non-fat dressing though. For lunch, I usually take 2 or 3 servings (spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes) and roll them up with deli turkey, low fat mozzarella cheese & some mustard in a wheat tortilla-- makes it easier to eat the veggies.

Oatmeal!!! Hated, hated, hated it! Made myself eat it every day with different things in and now have it for breakfast every morning! I don't necessarily love it but I don't hate it anymore either.

    Brussels Sprouts.

Cut off the stems, cut them in half, put them on a baking sheet, drizzle some EVOO and some salt/pepper on them, cook for 15-20 minutes flipping them once or twice.

When they are slightly brown and crispy they are the best!
