Logging Insanity

Just curious how everyone logs their Insanity workout.. I do not have a HRM but looking at getting one
Any input would be great!!

    I think a HRM is really the only way to get an accurate count. I have one (Polar FT7) and I love it - make sure you get one with a chest strap as they provide a better reading.

    I've read on here that logging it as high intensity aerobics gives a pretty close count or circuit training, general.
