Ive been having a rough time sticking to my logging (still exercising like an addict and eating okay, but not monitoring my intake well) and I wanted to remind myself where I came from 7 where I am now to hopefully get myself back on the wagon for the last 15 lbs. I am 5'10...

This was me October 2009 at about 230---I always knew I had gained a lot of weight with my kids (my son would have been 8 months old at this time) but I almost died when I saw these pictures!

and this was me last weekend at about 185 when my BF and SIL and I took a pole/chair dancing class (which was OH SO FUN!)

I still have another 15 pounds to go, but Id like to think Ive come pretty far and if I can lose the first 45, then I can lose the last 15, even though it will be a lot harder. I can persevere!

We're the same height - and i too reached 230 when I was pregnant!
My daughter is now 2 1/2 and I'm down to 197.......I'd really like to be 170 though - so still some way to go!!!!
    Good luck.

the pictures are very tiny, its hard to actual see.
but even with them that small you can see that you have lost weight.
    Congratulations!

You have done amazing. I feel the same way when I look at pictures of myself. I can't wait to see myself in 6 months. I know I will look so much better. Thanks for the great story!
