I need the truth, how's that belly skin really after weight loss.
I've lost almost 50lbs since january this year and when I do my abs, omg it's terrible all the loose skin, I've had 4pg 2kids lots of strech marks, is there hope this skin will snap back, I know the scars will stay, but will I ever firm up there or will I also look like my cat & her saggy belly when on all 4's?

Well, some people bounce back, and some don't. Some more than others too. I'm guessing that if you have gotten to your goal weight, and it's still there, that you will have to have it removed. I know someone who was very thin, before and after having kids, didn't gain any weight, but here belly skin didn't bounce back after the babies, AT ALL. She had it removed. She looks great! :)

Cardio and Strength are your best options. Losing the weight slowly & in a healthy manner makes a more gradual loss which is less likely to create an abundance of loose skin. The slower you lose, the better. Make sure you're not only doing cardio, but you're lifting weights as well. This will help.

I had 2 kids, twins by c-section & when i wear underwear (to cover up my scar) you can't tell I've had children (even at this point with 10lbs to go)

    3rd blog down titled: 30 days of clx & c25k =
and you can see pics there!!!

that change was after just 30 days of cardio & strength. It can be done. It takes time and patience, but allow yourself that.

It also has a lot to do with your genetics... My mothers skin is sooooo bad after four C-sections... It wont ever look close to the same as it did before...

I already have streach marks, and I haven't had any kids, this is just from dance team and having to get to the splits really fast.

My skin just isn't elastic, and I am terrified for after I have kids. It makes me wanna cry lol ..

so look at your mom/sister/aunt/grandma/cousins.... what do they look like? That is going to be a really good factor in how well your skin will jump back.

That's what I was going to say. Genetics can be a blessing or they can really suck (mine suck). But you just might have to save up and get the tummy tuck (but just think how great the tummy will look!)
