Tough Mudder

I have signed up for Tough Mudder in Phoenix AZ in Jan!!! So I have 7 months to train!! If any of you would like to join, that would be AWESOME!!! Their website is: www.toughmudder.com.     I signed up as a volunteer for the tahoe one... people from my gym are signed up as a group. I would like to pretend I was training for that to get fit. for next years... I just think the elevation and my asthma would be a problem...

    Ahh I want to do one, when my fiance is done training for her ironman maybe I will... next year in socal maybe...
