I just started One Hour Runner this week....or sort of I should say. It's in the mid 90's here by early afternoon, so anytime I can run before 10am I jump on it. For me that is running on Mon, Wed and Thurs mornings. ....which debunks the every other day theory on the program. I also really really want to do it 4 days a week. My body is used to running at least 3 miles, 4-5 days a week and I find myself almost 'jumpy.'
Anybody else 'tweeking' this program or amending it. I know I should listen to my body, but I want to be running a 10k first week in Ocotober!

have you tried the bridge to 10k program. it's designed for people who have done the couch to 5k program which if you are running 3 or more miles you should be good.0

There is no reason you can't run four days a week or even seven days a week. Just don't run hard every time. If you feel tired run less and run easy.0
