I went out for lunch with coworkers today to a nice little Thai place around the corner. I ordered a nice shrimp and vegetable Szechuan in a peanut sauce (with whole peanuts). I only ate roughly 1 cup and no rice. How on EARTH do I figure out how many calories that was?

I don't even know what was in the sauce (but it was reallllllly good!)

    Google.
If you can't find the direct calories for what you ate on google, find a recipe that looks similar and enter it into MFP.

I'd google it and just call in peanut sauce - close enough for horseshoes.

I searched the data base here - this is a restaurant recipe so I'd probably add about 20% to the calorie count: Betty Crocker - Curried Shrimp Pasta With Peanut Sauce. Unless your dish didn't have rice noodles.....

If you have an iphone there is a new app that you take a picture of your food and it tells you how many calories are in it roughly! It's called meal snap and it really works. Can't remember how much it is but it saves you a whole lot of hassle :)

Argh! I really have no idea. Stuff seems to range from 300 cals to over 800... i think I'll just assume I pretty much ate my daily calories at that one meal and have a nice salad for supper.
