So excited to find this program.. A client turned me onto it, so glad to have the accountability but made easy. How do you change the amount of pounds to higher than 2 a week? Any other tips out there?

The recommendation for safe and healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week. This is the standard for MFP. More than that can be hard on the body and even harder to keep off. If you truly want to lose more weight, you can manually adjust your calories even further down in the custom goals settings.0

It's really best not to aim to lose more than 2lbs per week as it puts you at risk of losing muscle not fat as well as risking putting it back on again more easily as LMT has said.0
