EGG WHITE SODIUM

Ok so I am really confused now. I am using EggLands large egg. Basically I separate white from the yolk and make omlet on non-stick pan. Does this have sodium in it ? I am using real egg and then separating the egg white and not the egg white in box.

    I have heard an egg white has about 55mg sodium.

    Unfortunately most fo the sodium in an egg is in the white.

    Yes, an egg white has 55g of sodium.

    Sodium is a natural occurring mineral and comes in natural foods as well as processed foods.
