Ok so I am really confused now. I am using EggLands large egg. Basically I separate white from the yolk and make omlet on non-stick pan. Does this have sodium in it ? I am using real egg and then separating the egg white and not the egg white in box.

Yes, an egg white has 55g of sodium.
Sodium is a natural occurring mineral and comes in natural foods as well as processed foods.0
