I make my own homemade greek style yogurt. Today I took a half a cup (plain), added 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1 T. flax seed, and 1/2 packet of Stevia. It was AMAZING! It was very much like eating ice cream because the frozen blueberries made the yogurt kind of like an icee...YUM :) And only 90 calories! Can't beat that :)

    Oops- I forgot to add in the 30 calories for the flax seed. Even still, at 120 calories, it was amazing :)

    Try 2 % cottage cheese with cinnamon, stevia packet and sliced strawberries. Strawberries are optional.
