    Great job! It can sometimes be hard to see the difference in ourselves because we see ourselves every day. You can definitely notice in those pictures though! I'm glad you posted them.

    I can hardly imagine how much better you must feel too. I hear for every pound you lose it's like taking 4 pounds of weight off your knees. So you are no longer carrying around 364 pounds every day. :noway: How cool is that!
