There was a time in my life when "I'm losing it" meant a complete lack of self-control.
Now, for the first time in my life, I can say the opposite it true.
"I'm losing it" means I'm exercising self-control like never before.
And THIS is a GOOD thing.

I know exactly what you mean. This program makes you aware of how many calories are in what you eat.
I have lost something like 20 pounds since I started this program and I can honsetly say that I am not suffering. I am able to eat the things that I like as long as my calories dont go above 2150.... I find myself plan ahead during the day so that I can have the sweets that I crave.
