In March of 2010, I weighted 255. Here's a photo:
I lost some of that over the next year, with some exercise and some modifications of my horrible diet, but only got down to about 235.
A month and a half ago, I got serious... running on a treadmill at the gym and lifting. Also using myfitnesspal to monitor all food intake and all exercise...Today I weighed in at 221.5, down 5.5 from just 9 days ago (was 227 on 6/1).
Here's a today photo:
I still have a long way to go... but I'm getting there.
