How to Insert weight lifting exercises

I was wondering how I am suppose to figure out how many calories I burn while lifting weights. I know that i can do the Strength Training/Weight Lifting under Database section of the Exercise tab. But that doesn't let me put in what all I did. If I go under Strength Training under the Exercise Diary of the Exercise tab, it allows me to add my workout but doesn't include the calories burned. If anyone knows of a way to put these in that would be awesome!
Thanks
Anthony

I have the same problem. I record my sets that I do, and record it under strength training.0

Get a HRM then you will know exactly, and won't have to enter in each and every exercise with each set/rep/weight. Before I got this, I just entered it under cardio exercises as strength training.0

I use my heart rate monitor. I don't know if there is any other way to get an accurate result.0

Hi Anthony,
A lot of the strength training stuff is in the cardio section as well. Or you can always make your own exercise and guestimate the cals burned.0 -
Oops, never mind.0
