Exercise, diet, stomach pains... Please help!

I have been using MFP for less than a week now and it has been so helpful! I have stuck to my calories (1200) almost every day I've been tracking them and I've been logging my workouts, too. I'm 5'7", 138.5 lb, 19 years old, GW is 125/when my smaller clothes fit again.
Just a few issues, though: the past few days, my stomach has been hurting, like gas-y movements but not smelly just gas-y and kind of painful (really painful on Wednesday night, probably b/c I ate a Fiber One brownie). I'm wondering if I'm working out too much/too often, not eating enough, not eating enough of my exercise calories back (b/c I'm not counting strength training cals so I'm not eating those back), not used to eating heavy foods and I ate some last night and tonight... etc.
You can see my food/exercise diaries in my profile (they're public). I've exercised M, T, W, T and F. I was planning on taking a rest day tomorrow but now I kind of don't want to. I'm enjoying the gym but maybe it's too hard on my body, too much too soon. I probably should take a rest day, though, right?
Any ideas? I just want to feel better and get rid of this extra weight the healthy way. Anything I should be eating? I know I haven't eaten the healthiest today and last night but I figure I'm pretty small already, I'm 19, I only live once, it's summer (almost)... etc.
PS: I need some MFP friends -- friend me? Or I'll friend you?

I'm really disappointed b/c it tasted pretty good
anybody else? I'm really wondering if I need to increase my calories or just eat differently or work out less... I don't know!0 -
Forgive me for being blunt, but how often are you pooping? I see very little protein and virtually no green veg. you may be getting a little backed up.0

I tend to agree with this.0
