PASTA!!! Don't know what to do!!! HELP!!!

I eat the Wildwood. HOWEVER, I went off all carbs for 2 weeks before I dared try it. It's amazing what your body falls in love with when deprived. I love the WIldwood and the one at Whole Foods. I eat 2 of them with 1/2 cup of pasta sauce for 150 TOTAL calories. Absolutely worth it.0

I've lost over sixty pounds without giving up pasta. In fact, nearly every time we go to our family favorite Italian restaurant (about once every two months), I get the tortellini alfredo with peas! But I only eat a third or fourth of the dish and take the rest home to make it into more meals (or share with students).
Watch your portions. Sauce conservatively and add some veggies. Then just relax, eat slowly and savor. Don't live in fear -- life is too short, and food is tooooo good.0
