Question about weight and calories burned

So does it hold true that the less you weigh the more you have to do to burn calories? I'm confused because 5 pounds ago my calories burned registered as more versus putting in the same activity for the same amount of time weighing 5 pounds less. Can anyone answer this please?

It seems to be the case. You will also notice that as you recalculate your daily requirements as you lose weight, your total calories target will drop.
Consider: Whatever activity you do at 250 pounds involves moving around 50 pounds more than doing the same things at 200 pounds.
It seems undeniably logical.0 -
