I am Joyce from Houston, Tx. i'm 54 and ready for the 2nd half of my life to start.
I started on the last journey that I want to take as far as my weight is concerned this Janurary.
My goal was to lose 125 lbs by the end of the year. My starting weight was 275 and I now weigh
213 so I have lost 62 lbs I still have 63 lbs to go.
I have not been exercising enough I really could use some help to motivate me in that area.

Congrats on your weight loss! I've found that once you start a routine it's way easier to keep on track with working out.0

Congrats on your weight loss, keep it up and since you have lost some weight already, I am sure your metabolism is much faster and healthier than when you were on your starting weight.
Since the weather is getting much better and summer is approaching, I recommend you start doing some brisk walking at least 15 minutes and if possible half an hours, it's a cheap and easy way to get some exercise on your day.
Good luck and keep up the good work!!!0
