I've been sick and my foot's been hurting from a long walk carrying groceries.
Normally this would mean excusing myself out of doing my workout, which at the moment is 30 Day Shred.
Decided I shouldn't fall into my old habits of using excuses, so I did what I could.
I did everything except allow for impact on my foot, so I just modified it and got a good workout.
Now if I can just make that a new habit...

great job!
I've been sick too and forcing myself to walk everyday...even if it kills me coughing to death.
keep up the good work! always good to keep yourself accountable!
