:blushing: A friend recommended this site. So I am new at this I need to lose the weight but it is hard to do alone and with no support but negativity from family and friends. I work 2 jobs, up to 12 hours a day, and sit all day with both. Only break is I do not work on the weekends. Not good! The only exercise I can do is walking due to back, knee and hip injuries. Makes exercise hard to do. But I am determined to lose weight one way or the other. My weight loss goal is to lose 50 pounds. I haven't set a time limit on this. I would like it to be yesterday but that is a dream. But I am determined and will see what happens!!
