Teenager starting weight loss!

Hey guys i'm 13 and i need to lose 7kgs. I know i know i shouldn't be worrying about weight loss at this age but i see all the girls at school wearing pretty little outfits especially on free dress day and i feel left out because of my muffin top. I'm not that fat but making a positive healthy lifestyle change is what i need anyways! If i'm not fat now i'm sure i would've gotten obese in a few months!
So i'm doing 10-30 minutes of dancing in my room about 3-5 times a week along to music.
And i'm doing 20 minutes of jogging/running/walking on the treadmill a 6-7 times a week on speed 6.0. This is good right? Am i going a bit overboard?
I'm also eating **healthier*** but not like salad everyday. I eat salad about 2-5 times a week depending on what my mum's cooking.
What i eat in the morning:
-Kellogg's Special K Honey and Almond (about a snack bag worth)
-or i eat a toasted ham and cheese (97% fat free ham on whole wheat or multigrain bread, cheese is normal Swiss)
-or i eat a peanut butter sandwich
-or fruit
Lunch at school:
-Peanut butter sandwich (or nutella or ham and cheese)
-Mandarin
-Apple or pear
-Fantastic original rice crackers (snack pack)
-98% fat free crackers (some original crackers)
After school:
-Sandwich
-or fruit
-or the occasional noodles
-or crackers
-or some soya crisps
Dinner:
-either 2 chicken drumsticks cooked in oven with herbs
-salad
-or a piece of salmon, grilled
-or lamb cutlets
-or noodle soup
-or sushi
I realize that this isn't how i'm supposed to introduce myself haha but i hope that i can find some people who can help me find my way to a healthy lifestyle. Please respond and answer whether i am exercising and eating right. I realize that i eat a lot of the same sandwiches but they're just so yum! Haha. And i can't make anything else.. so. Yeah. Thanks if you responded!

I'm more concerned that at 13 MFP may not give you enough calories to eat as it's designed particularly for adults whose bodies are finished maturing. Might check in with your Doctor and find out how many calories you'd need daily to maintain your weight just to be safe.0

Your breakfast seems alright, but make sure you don't eat all that for breakfast. A combination of fruit and cereal seems alright. But I advise you to be careful with the peanut butter, they have a lot of calories! Delicious, but fattening. I love peanut butter so it was a food I had to cut down on lol ): One tbsp is already about 80-90 calories. So be sure you use only about one tbsp. Same with nutella, very high in calories. It's all about the portions you intake. Your dinner seems fine, but make sure you're not eating all that in one day Lol. And for the salad, make sure you don't over do it with the dressing if you do use it. That is also fattening depending on which one you use. You should replace all your snacks for fruits or veggies. Fruits are delicious, so give them a chance. (: Your exercise is good, but make sure to rest when you feel sore or too tired. But I must ask, how much do you weigh? I advise you not to lose weight if you're already at a healthy weight for you age and height. Feel free to add me if you'd like, people here are very nice and helps you get motivated.
And I also agree with Becca. You should adjust the calorie intake since you're 13. I had to adjust mine because I'm 14 lol. Here's a site where you can find out how much calories you should intake a day: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm

Yea i don't think i have enough to eat. First day i went 400 calories over :l Ah wells that's like 1800 calories? I think that's pretty average for teenagers.0

Hahaha i'm definitely NOT eating all that in a day. I didn't really realize peanut butter was THAT fattening. 1 tbsp? Wow that's nothing! I'm going to stick with some fibrous-protein and salad sandwiches. Btw, i never add dressing. I just hate it for some reason. The only sauce i'll EVER eat is soy sauce. i do tend to go overboard with it in porridges but i eat porridge ever few months so that's alright.0

maybe cut back on cheese or switch to half fat cheese, and cut back on peanut butter and im sure that would be fine.0
