workout DVDS

Hi
Im Looking at getting some new workout DVDS just dont no what are any good.
Ive got 2 of the uks biggest loser one and the 30day shred,
Im swapping back and two with the biggest loser ones but the 30day shred killed me after a week.

    30 day shred is hard but effective, try to keep at it, just do what you can but try to do a bit more each time. The DavinaMcCall dvds are really good too.

    I've got quite a few....Tracy Anderson Mat workout is great, it's a bit "different" but great all the same and I can definitely tell a difference. I also have 30DS, Beverley Callard for a more gentle workout, Turbo Jam, Zumba for the Wii is good for a giggle, Ministry of Sound is also another good one (haven't got the latest one but got a couple from a year or so ago which are good) oh and kettlenetics (Which is currently on offer in Tesco) is a really good workout too :bigsmile:

    I do the 30 day shred and charlie brooks before and after (my fave one!).
