I'm from Slovenija, i have 30kg to loose.

I'm a fanatic off aerobics DVDs, i love Leslie Sansone, Jilian Michaels, Shaun T, Beach Body dvds ...

I cant workout without my polar watch, i love the calories number rising haha. I hate to run, i don't know why. I really hope this would change someday.

I'm addicted to carbohidrats, but now is the second mounth without bread and friend food :)

I stretch after the exercises, but i still love the next day when you can feel all the muscle ;)

In one year i hope to reach my goal. The biggest scare is my skin. I don't want to loose the waight too fast.

My english is not good, i'm still learning;)

    Sounds like you are on the right track. You shouldn't have any skin issues as long as you exercise hard. Like you were saying I also like to feel the burn after a workout, I get the feeling of acomplishment. Good Luck to you. :)

    I found a Step at home, but i don't know wich step aerobics dvd to buy or maybe just to sell the step hmmm:)
