So I been trying to lose weight since forever..the lowest I weigh in at was 139. Since I finally made it in the 30's I threated myself to kfc. When I weigh myself the next day I was 143 I havent seen my 141 or 140 for 4 days now ughhh. My goal weight was 135 now that I realise I may eat too much bbq sauce I may gain a lb or 2...i really dont know if I should go for 130 being that im a size 6 now and I just finished summer shopping n the only problem is my belly if I lose anymore weight in my booty or legs,i will have sticks for legs and no butt...ughhh that was a lot.someone plz help

Hi,
Don't focus so much one one sole number on the scale. I am happy when I am in a weight range, and my clothes are fitting well. That being said, I'd like that range to be five pounds less (130-135, instead of 135-140), but truly, I am happy anytime the scale reads less than 140.
If you are happy in a size 6 (and who wouldn't be?), I'd quit focusing quite so much on the number on the scale. Continue to work out and eat healthily, work on toning and strength training, etc.
