or at least that is what my stomach looks like! After 7 months of religiously putting stretch mark cream on during my pregnancy and staying stripe - free, genetics and my big belly got the best of my skin and I now have these beautiful "mommy stripes" down my stomach. It has been a year since my son was born and the marks have faded a little but does anyone have a GOOD lotion or creame that has worked to lessen the marks?? My body is not bikini ready yet, but when it is.. I dont want to look like I was a mauling victim!!

I lost a decent amount of weight some years ago and Mederma scar cream was very, very helpful at minimizing the stretch marks.

me I say I've been attacked by a bear. I used tha palmer butter cream and the bio oils for both pg and still ended up with them, my youngest it 2 1/2 and only time faded them, they won't go away that is for sure, but less apparent, but there. No maintenance cream needed, nothing won't snap the skin back, working on toning it up, but loosing hope on that one

too funny but I have them too so i understand. I used a cream for a long time and my son is 2 and nothing, they are still here. On dr oz he said the only way to really rid of them is laser treatment.. good luck I hear bio oil helps fade them

Only time. Took 3-5 years to fade to silver. Got so many my first time around that my body simply reused them for pregnancy #2 and by pregnancy #3 nearly 9 years after #1, I was the freak in the gym locker room who stopped women's conversations in their tracks to exclaim "OMG, you're about to pop and DON'T...have...a...SINGLE...stretch...mark!" I assured them that they were all there, just being reused and camouflaged by nearly a decade of healing. (p.s. There's a 38wk pic of the amazing "stretch-mark-free" belly in my profile. Sorry if "time" wasn't what you wanted to hear though...)
