My midwife is wanting me to use the Dr. Brewer's Pregnancy Diet. I was wondering if there was anyone out there that has heard of it even and has positive or negative feedback about it. I guess it's similar to a diabetic diet. She thinks it would be better for me and the baby.

Your midwife is a wise woman. :)

The Brewers diet is generally used to help keep GD, PIH (& several other issues) controlled. It's simply a healthy, whole-foods based eating plan with focus on protein.

It's something I recommend investigating to all of my birth clients. :)
