class at the gym. I went to a body sculpt calss at my gym today and i was the only person there. I basically had a personal trainer for that hour it was great, and it didnt cost anything extra. Hope you all have great workouts!!!

    that freaking rocks!!!! The main reason why I've never been into gym classes was all the people!

    People can be a great motivator. That is why I love classes! Not to mention you don't have to think about your own routine and you are much less likely to quit early!

    I wish we had a gym in our area to take classes at.

    Hey I bet you got a ton more out of the work out, because it's hard to slack off when your the only person in the class.
