getting in shape the healthy way

hey! so i'm 19, you can call me em. i'm looking to get into shape the healthy way after struggling with EDNOS for four years. it went into remission last year, but i'm back to obsessing about my body and i want to be proud of it. i'm a yogi & a vegetarian. i don't like the gym or going running, so i do yoga three times a week and i'm looking to add some at-home strength training & cardio. i love reading, watching sci-fi TV (doctor who, fringe) and playing video games. i'm a total foodie, and i LOVE cooking & baking - i believe everything in moderation. i love meeting new people & getting tips, recipes, etc., so i'd love to chat!
