You should purchase a yoga ball and replace your chair with it. Look up exercises to do on a yoga ball, there are tons that can benefit your core, arms, legs, etc.

Hi! I was just telling my husband thow he could still be. Active at work since he doesn't have time after to exercise very much. Every available chance you get, (not sure if you have your own office or not). March in place and make sure you keep track of the time you do this. (Every little bit adds up) butt lifts, triceps, bicrps, shoulders, back, side leg lifts. While you are sitting at your desk you can get a ball (the kind they sell at walmart for the children) put it between your legs and do inner thighs by squeezing as hard as you can. Make sure you walk instead of taking the elevator. On your lunch break take a stroll. Of course you don't want to sweat. Or get leslie sansone's Walk Away The Pounds. You can get a mile or two done and you never have to leave your office. You can do it. :-)

Might want to check with your employer on this one, I had a ball at my desk for about 3 months until HR went through my office and saw me. Needless to say, the ball is gone :ohwell:
