Milestones - A Great Day!

What a great day! Officially lost 40 pounds as of today. Also ran the Bellin run 10K in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Set a personal best at 47:57, ran an even split. Over 18,700 runner's, perfect running weather 50 degrees and overcast, no wind-PERFECT!

This site works! I can see the end goal in sight! 13 pounds to sub-200!!!!!!

You must feel great!! I'm exited because I can now walk 2 miles in 33 minutes. Would probably be faster if my dog didn't have to stop and relieve himself. :-)

Oooh I'll have to look out around GB for 5Ks coming up this summer! I'm moving back home (about an hour north of GB) at the end of the month!

Congrats though! Not often you get good running weather up there and its a great time!
