I'm made it my goal to drink at least 2 litres of water a day. It seems to be doing something for me as today I got asked for I.D. to buy a bottle of vodka.

I'm 36 and haven't had my I.D. checked in 15 years. :happy:

    I HAVE heard that drinking water 'freshens up' your complexion.

    I hate it when they don't ask fo ID in places like Walmart... it means they think you look over 46....I am 21 hahaha

    That has to be a great feeling. Keep up with the water. Not only does your body thank you, it shows in unknown ways. Great NSV.
