Buying new scale today. Suggestions?

Today marks my first week on the grind and my first weigh-in. I just got a new health o meter digital scale, but it blows. If I step off and get back on, I get a different read over and over and over. No 2 are the same. It varies by up to 6-7 lbs. I'll buy a new one when I run errands later. Ideas?

I am a fan of the weight watcher scale with the body analysis. It gives you lean muscle, fat, total weight, BMI. It helps to determine if you are losing fat even if the scale doesn't move which helps you keep going.0

I am wondering the same thing.... I had the weight watchers one, it even told me water weight....but it always changed too. So I thought digital SUCKS!!! I got an old dial one....but after I Zero it and stand on it...I read it, once I step off is at 5 lbs >.< I have to weight like 15 times to really make sure I got it right.0

You must've bought the one I had returned. ;-) I had the exact same thing happen to me when I bought a new fandangled digital scale. It didn't last one day in my house, I was so pissed!0 -

When you say "accurate" do you also mean "consistent"?0 -
Here’s one similar to the one I got from Target six years ago.

Yes it includes how much of you body is water.
I have this one:
Weight Watchers by Conair Body Analysis and Weight Tracker Scale (the one with the multicolored display. I tried to attach a pic but not sure how.
I got it from Amazon but you may be able to fine it at a local retailer like Target or Wal-Mart.
It cost about $40 on amazon but the the suggested retail price is $60, I think. Shop around to get a deal.0 -
