calories burned during work out dvds?

i noticed that the calories burned doing zumba is on mfp, how would i find out, or where, how many calories burned doing other dvds? such as, 30 day shred, envy girls, boot camps, etc. or should i just stick to logging it as aerobics or pilates?

    I recommend getting a heart rate monitor, it's the only way to track calories burned properly.

    I used to log 30 day shred under circuit training and I have a billy blanks boot camp that I would log as tae bo. I have a heart rate monitor now, so I'd really like to try both of them again just to see if the calorie count was way off or not, but I've been doing more running lately and just going to the gym, instead of dvd's.
