Hi everyone,
I'm new here. I'm 24 y/o woman from Southern California. Have never really tried tracking my diet or exercise seriously. I always have my phone on me... and using the MFP app is super helpful. I'm hoping to lose about 10 pounds in the next month. I've been dieting and exercising (on and off, admittedly) for the past 2 weeks or so. Heading to Hawaii on June 29th with the boyfriend's family and would love to feel beautiful and not self-conscious. Anyway, that's it. Let's do this! Add me!!

Welcome! MFP does help! I use the iphone app and I love it because I can always access it. Good luck on your goals and a trip to Hawaii sounds like a fabulous way to reward yourself. It does help to have some friends on here just for support and all so feel free to add me if you like.
