Hi!
I just discovered MFP yesterday and LOVE it!
I really like how MFP calculates your calories and your net calories after exercise. I have lost 33lbs so far but recently hit a plateau. I log my food in a notebook each day (this was a huge help) and am consistent with exercise. Someone had told me I needed to increase my calories but I couldnt understand why that was necessary. Now, I see that after exercise I was falling below 1200 cals per day. Awesome and easy to use website! Glad to be here and share with others on the same journey!
