    Breakfast:

    quick oats, bananas, whole wheat toast, eggs

    Lunch/Dinner:

    Pre-cooked boneless skinless chicken breast with some frozen broccoli and whatever for flavoring

    Snacks: fruit, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, and raw almonds.
    good for u losing 132 lbs!!! wow!!

    half an apple paired with 1 4oz vanilla nonfat yogurt.
    A total of 100 cals and deliciously sweet!

    eggs!! frozen vegetables (fresh is better but... these are quick eats)!! berries!!! walnuts!

    and... individually wrapped dark chocolate squares :3

    I like yogurt cups, granola bars, string cheese, special K bars, and fruits and veggies. I take my fruits and veggies once a week and portion them out into sandwich baggies, so I can grab one and go if I need to.
