Back on the bandwagon.

I started MFP several months ago and lost about 10 lbs, but life caught up with me & I stopped counting every calorie that was entering my body, and I've gained about 8 of those 10 back. I wasn't even close to my goal when I flubbed up I'd like to lose around 40-50lbs overall. I know my ticker says I only have 17.5 lbs to go, but I've started going by small goals rather than my big goal staring me in the face, it feels easier that way. I had just started seeing NSV's so I'm not really sure what happened, but I'm back on the bandwagon as of today and I'd like to add some more friends for motivation & support (them for me and me for them).

Here we go.

I started back in February and fell off the wagon too ~ don't feel bad! I think the best of us have done that!
Best of luck to you climbing back aboard and achieving your goals.. Sometimes smaller ones are easier to obtain and give you the motivation to keep going!

Awesome support on this site! I love it!
Feel free to add me if you like!

WTG for getting yourself back on track! I also fell off the wagon for a while, I am now back on track and determined to reach my goal weight and stay there. I also have about 40-50 pounds I want to lose, add me if you want and we can help support each other.
