I just had to share my NSV with someone. I have yet to lose any weight, but I know I'm losing inches. I decided to try on my wedding dress today. Last time I tried it on it didn't fit. I felt horrible and knew I had to make a change so I joined MFP and started C25K and have slowly been adding more exercise. Anyway, today when I tried on the dress it fit! I was so excited that my dress fit even though I haven't lost any weight.

A totally separate NSV. I had my blood tests done and when they came back it showed that my cholesterol had dropped. While it is still higher than it should be it is dropping and I couldn't be happier.
